On Friday 30th September it was lovely to see so many parents enjoying tea and cake together whilst raising money for a very worthwhile charity. Thank you to all who donated cakes.
Monkey Class went on a walk to the Herne Bay Memorial Park this week. We were looking for signs of Autumn. We saw conkers, brown leaves, funghi, acorns but we didn’t manage to spot a Squirrel!
Year 1 visited Herne Bay Fire Station to find out what Special Powers fire fighters have. The children learnt about what to do in an emergency, what the firemen do and what equipment they have. This trip inspired children to write too!
